Shipping Policy
1. Service Area
We currently ship across the UAE. International shipping is not available.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and UAE public holidays). If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email.
3. Shipping Method & Costs
We offer one shipping method:
- Standard Shipping (6–10 business days) – AED 15 (free for orders over AED 150)
4. Delivery
You’ll receive a delivery confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships. Risk of loss transfers to you once the order is delivered to the address provided. We are not responsible for courier delays or incorrect delivery information.
5. Shipping Restrictions
We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or certain remote locations. Hazardous or regulated items may have additional restrictions.
