Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Return Eligibility

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Certain products (e.g., electronics or custom items) may be non‑returnable; these will be clearly indicated on the product page.

2. How to Request a Return

Email support@forex‑ae.com with your order number, the items you wish to return, and your reason for returning. We’ll respond with a Return Authorization and instructions for sending your items back.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect. For defective or wrong items, we will provide a pre‑paid return label.

4. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method; please allow 7–10 business days for processing.

5. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at support@forex‑ae.com.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. If your order hasn’t yet been dispatched, email support@forex‑ae.com to request cancellation. Once an order has been shipped, our standard return policy applies.
